2014年3月25日,秦皇岛市于艳名师工作室“走基层团队研修之走进渝东街小学”活动刚刚结束,我校49岁的马老师就在工作室博客上写下了自己的感受:“作为老教师的我第一次和于艳主任近距离接触,她风趣幽默的语言很快拉近了我们的距离,她认真严谨的工作态度更是深深地感染了在场的每一位教师。通过这次活动,我收获了很多。感谢于艳主任带给我们的启发与思考,盼望你常来!”于艳名师工作室成员通过共同努力,探索出具有先进的理念引领、高效的研讨活动、扎实的教学行为跟进、常态化的日常博客交流和动态网络式的团队管理的教研模式,推动着区域内学校校本教研新的发展变化。
