本试验采用盆栽和定位观察相结合,探讨水氮调控对根系及产量的影响,结果表明,增施氮量和正常灌水均有利于提高SPAD值。除拔节期外,其他时期的根冠比均小于0.3;正常灌水条件下,增施氮肥有利于根和茎的干物重增加。水分胁迫+合理增施氮肥,或常量氮肥+适当水分胁迫,或低量氮肥+正常灌水,均可促进根长、根表面积、投影面积、根体积和平均直径的增加;在正常灌水的条件下,适当的减少氮肥施用量有利于根表面积、投影面积和根体积的增加,适当增施氮肥可以促进平均直径的增加,适当增施氮肥在前期可以促进根长的增加,后期加速根的消亡,影响到根长。增施氮肥和正常灌水有利于根部氮素累积量的增加。
In this experiment, the effects of water and nitrogen regulation on root system and yield were studied by pot and location observation. The results showed that the increase of nitrogen application rate and normal irrigation could improve the SPAD value. Except during jointing stage, the root / shoot ratios were all less than 0.3 in other periods. Under normal irrigation conditions, increasing nitrogen fertilizer was beneficial to the increase of dry weight of roots and stems. Water stress + reasonable nitrogen application, constant nitrogen fertilizer + appropriate water stress, or low nitrogen fertilizer + normal watering could promote root length, root surface area, projected area, root volume and average diameter increase under normal irrigation conditions The appropriate reduction of nitrogen application was beneficial to the increase of root surface area, projected area and root volume. Appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the increase of root length in the early stage, Affect the root length. Nitrogen application and normal irrigation were beneficial to the increase of nitrogen accumulation in roots.
