The areas described and discussed in this article include Suiyuan, Ningxia and northern Gansu on the Loess Plateau in the south of Inner Mongolia and the so-called geography area in the southern half of Inner Mongolia. The Loess Plateau includes the Shanxi-Shaanxi Plateau, Gansu in the south and Gansu in the south Fen Wei Zhu basin. - In other words, including the area that the upper and lower reaches of the Yellow River and its tributaries pass through. Topography and geography should be the first thing to note when discussing climate issues. The geography and geography of this place have been discussed by many geographers.
