在农业学大寨、普及大寨县群众运动推动下,我省南通地区农科所、盐城地区新洋农业试验站、南通县三余棉花原种场、常熟县福山农场、常熟县碧溪公社农科站和江苏省农科所等单位,先后选育了一批抗病棉花新品种(系)。为明确其抗病性和丰产性,1976年第一次组织了江苏省棉花抗枯萎新品种(系)区域试验。
Driven by the mass education of Dazhai in agriculture and popularization of the mass movement in Dazhai County, Nansong Agricultural Science Institute in our province, Xinyang Agricultural Experimental Station in Yancheng District, more than three cotton fields in Nantong County, Fukuyama Farm in Changshu County, Bixi Commune in Changshu County Agricultural Station and Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Science and other units, has bred a new crop of resistant varieties of cotton (Department). In order to clarify its disease resistance and high yield, for the first time in 1976 organized a Jiangsu province cotton wilt new varieties (lines) regional test.
