In 1904, the greatest Austrian paper-cut artist, Josephine d’Amelie, was born in Geyser, near Vienna. Of the more than 5,000 exhibits in the Ji-Ling Museum, which was established in 1987, there are 1,300 women artists who died in 1977. The museum has scientifically organized and compiled her works. So far, two volumes have been published, and five large-scale women’s paper-cut exhibitions have been held at home and abroad.
