载脂蛋白 A-Ⅳ(apoA-Ⅳ)是一种酸性糖蛋白,分子量46kD,主要由小肠和肝脏合成分泌。apoA-Ⅳ可能的功能有:①激活卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶;②辅助 apoC-Ⅱ激活脂蛋白脂酶;③apoA-Ⅳ的脂质体促进细胞内胆固醇外流;④apoA-Ⅳ能与细胞结合。因此,apoA-Ⅳ可能在脂质代谢,特别是在胆固醇逆转运过程中起重要作用。
Apolipoprotein A-IV (apoA-IV) is an acidic glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 46 kD and is mainly secreted by the small intestine and liver. ApoA-IV may have the following functions: ① activation of lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase; ② apoC-Ⅱ activation of lipoprotein lipase; ③ apoA-Ⅳ liposomes to promote intracellular cholesterol efflux; ④ apoA-Ⅳ and cell binding. Therefore, apoA-IV may play an important role in lipid metabolism, especially in the reverse transport of cholesterol.
