三十年来,湖南作为内地的前沿,沿海的内地,一直身份尴尬。但是从各地区域经济发展的经验和教训来看,在前几波创富高潮中滞后的地区,可能正由于慢了几步,而来不及因高速发展造成资源与地域文化的全面破坏,当新一轮创富的主题和标准转向后——曾经一再落后的地区反而有了绝对领先的比较优势。这应该是长株潭城市群拿下“两型社会”综合配套改革试验区资格的深意之所在,亦是湘人、湘商在发展的起点上就能够后来居上的希望之所在。
