如在鱼雷缶车中脱硫一类的金属精炼工业生产中,熔池混合不能维持整个熔池成份均匀,此时估计熔池混合时溶质扩散过程的影响就显得很重要了。本文提出了一个简单的熔地混合模型,可根据混合时间对熔池混合中的传输做出清楚的估计。该模型已被应用于喷粉精炼以及渣量固定的渣——金属间反应动力学。文章也讨论了熔池混合、反应区域动力学、以及总的反应动力学喷粉速度的重要性。
As in the torpedo car desulfurization of a class of metal refining industrial production, the pool mixing can not maintain the composition of the entire pool is uniform, this time estimated when the melt pool diffusion solute diffusion process is very important. In this paper, we propose a simple model of mixed melting, which can make a clear estimation of the transmission in the mixing pool according to mixing time. The model has been applied to dusting and fixed-bed-to-slag-intermetallic reaction kinetics. The article also discusses the importance of bath mixing, reaction zone kinetics, and overall reaction kinetic dusting speed.
