分层教学是针对学生在智力、非智力因素发展中的个体差异,有的放矢,区别对待,从不同学生的差异中寻求教学的最佳结合点,使全体学生都能得到主动、和谐的发展。
Layered teaching aims at students’ individual differences in the development of intelligence and non-intellectual factors. It is targeted and differentiated, and the best combination of teaching is sought from the differences among different students so that all students can get active and harmonious development.
