丹江口水库大坝加高后若仍按初设方案进行蓄水,水库蓄满率将明显降低,不利于水库综合利用效益的充分发挥.在不降低水库自身安全和下游防洪标准的前提下,开展丹江口水库提前蓄水的可行性分析研究,建立了以年均蓄水率最大为目标函数的提前蓄水调度模型,采用优化方法得到最佳解,在此基础上提出了分阶段提前蓄水方案.结果表明:丹江口水库最佳的起蓄时间为9月15日,9月份蓄水水位上限值为166m;与原设计方案相比,分阶段优化蓄水方案的年均蓄水率从77.51%增加到81.99%,年均弃水量减少7.47亿m3.该方案可操作性强,综合利用效益显著,可供丹江口水库调度决策参考.

Compared with the original design scheme, the annual average water storage rate of the optimized water storage plan is 77.51 % To 81.99%, and the annual average amount of discarded water will be reduced by 747 million m3. This scheme has strong operability and significant comprehensive utilization benefits, which can be used as reference for the decision-making of Danjiangkou Reservoir.
