氯氮平(Clozapine)是国产的一种新广谱抗精神病药物,用于临床已十余年。我院对新入院病人均作心电图常规检查、定期复查。在以往的心电图检查过程中,发现氯氮平引起心电图异常改变较其它抗精神病药物为大。该药物对心电图的影响报道尚少,现将我院应用氯氮平治疗患者的心电图资料总结如下: 患者100例均为住院病人,治疗前经临床检查排除心血管疾病,心电图检查均正常,受检者均单用氯氮平治疗。患者分为两组:男组50例,年龄17～44岁;女组50例,年龄17～48
