现今高校每年都有大量的科技期刊发表,使用人工填报的方式,费时费力,而且管理审核和查询科技期刊的工作量很大,因此如何高效地管理科技期刊成为高校管理的一个重要环节。本课题应用WEB技术和数据库技术,设计一个基于网络的科技期刊管理系统,从而提高科技期刊管理的效率。系统开发采用JSP作为前台开发工具,Microsoft SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库开发工具。本论文详细介绍了科技期刊管理系统的实现过程:包括系统分析、系统调查、功能设计、数据库设计、系统实现、系统测试和调试等。其中针对数据库的分析与难点,和数据显示等方面作了详细讲解。系统分权限管理,普通用户可以填报科技期刊发表情况和查看公告,给管理员留言等,而管理员有审核用户填报的期刊信息,以及添加、删除、修改公告,留言管理和用户管理等权限。
Nowadays, a large number of scientific and technological journals are published every year in colleges and universities, time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the workload of auditing and inquiring sci-tech periodicals is very large. Therefore, how to manage sci-tech periodicals effectively becomes an important part of university management. This topic uses WEB technology and database technology, designs a network based science and technology periodical management system, thus enhances the efficiency of the management of science and technology periodical. System development using JSP as a front-end development tools, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as a background database development tools. This paper introduces in detail the realization process of S & T management system: including system analysis, system investigation, function design, database design, system realization, system test and debugging. Which analyzes and difficult for the database, and data display and other aspects made a detailed explanation. System sub-rights management, ordinary users can fill out the publication of scientific and technical journals and view the bulletin to the administrator message, etc., and administrators have to review the user information to fill journals, as well as add, delete, modify the bulletin, message management and user management permissions.
