目的:探讨利用腭部微钛钉种植体支抗加T形弓远中移动上颌磨牙,为解除前牙拥挤和内收前牙﹑改变牙弓突度开拓间隙的临床应用的可行性。方法:选择5例上颌前牙轻中度拥挤或上牙弓轻中度前突,磨牙关系为远中关系,侧貌无明显异常的安氏II错牙合病例,采用腭部微钛钉种植体加前牙舌侧T形弓做支抗,利用NiTi推簧远中移动磨牙开拓间隙。结果:所选病例磨牙均由远中关系变为中性关系,磨牙向远中整体移动,使安氏II错牙合得以矫正。结论:腭部微钛种植体支抗加T形弓远中移动上颌磨牙可以获得较强的支抗,临床操作简单,同时减少种植体的数量,可以减轻患者的痛苦、降低治疗费用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of using the palatal micro-titanium implant implants and the T-shaped arch to move the maxillary molar distal to relieve the crowding of the anterior teeth and adducing the anterior teeth and changing the arch of the dental arch. Results: The selected cases of molars by the far-away relationship into a neutral relationship, molars moved to the overall distance, the Angle II malocclusion corrected. CONCLUSION: The palatal micro-titanium implant supports with T-shaped arch for distal movement of the maxillary molars can obtain stronger support. The clinical operation is simple and the number of implants is reduced, which can reduce the suffering of the patients and reduce the treatment cost.
