在落实厂务公开制度中,我们基本上做到了八个公开: 一是职代会民主评议,测评企业领导班子、领导成员的情况公开。坚持一年一次的职代会民主评议企业领导干部制度,企业领导干部在职代会上述职,报告本职工作和廉洁自律情况,接受职代会民主测评,并将评议和测评结果公开。 二是企业重大事项和阶段性生产经营情况公开。集团公司每季度召开一次职工代表组长议事会。由总经理和有关领导汇报一个季度的生产经营、市场营销、资金运作等情况,接受职工代表组长咨询,并把议事会情况公开。
