中國國家知識產權局新聞發言人胡文輝2017年3月19日在北京說,截至2016年底,該局共受理發明專利申請133.9萬件,同比增長21.5%,連續6年居世界首位。數據顯示,該局在2016年共授權發明專利40.4萬件,其中,國内發明專利授權30.2萬件,同比增長14.5%。2016年發明專利申請受理量排名首位的中國企業爲華爲技術有限公司,發明專利授權量排名首位的是國家電網公司。
Hu Wenhui, spokesman of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, said in Beijing on March 19, 2017 that as of the end of 2016, the SIPO handled a total of 1,329,000 invention patent applications, an increase of 21.5% over the same period of last year, ranking first in the world for six consecutive years. Data show that the council in 2016 authorized a total of 404,000 invention patents, of which 302,000 domestic invention patents, an increase of 14.5%. In 2016, the number of Chinese patent applications for invention patent applications ranked the first among Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., ranking the top of the authorized amount of invention patents by State Grid Corporation.
