同安区原是厦门唯一辖县,1997年5月1日撤县设区,同安也是福建省综合经济实力十强县之一。几年来,我局积极争取各级政府对卫生的投入,卫生基本建设取得了令人瞩目的成绩。1991年至1997年有28个项目竣工投入使用。1997年有3个项目得到厦门市计委立项列入基建前准备工作,有1个项目正在施工中。竣工的项目有:门诊楼5幢、病房楼6幢、综合楼8幢、职工宿舍楼8幢、制剂室1幢、供应室1幢。完成投资5213.22万元,资金来源:中央30万元,市财政1629万元,县(区)、镇、单位自筹3080.72万元,华侨捐资403.50万元,完成建筑面积53253m~2。
Tongan District was originally the only county under the jurisdiction of Xiamen. On May 1, 1997, the county was removed from the district. Tongan is also one of the top ten counties in Fujian Province with comprehensive economic strength. Over the past few years, the SIPO has actively strived for the input of various levels of government to health, and the health infrastructure has made remarkable achievements. From 1991 to 1997, 28 projects were completed and put into use. In 1997, three projects were listed by the Xiamen Municipal Planning Commission for preparation before the infrastructure construction and one project was under construction. The projects completed were: 5 outpatient building, 6 ward building, 8 comprehensive building, 8 dormitory building, 1 building room, and 1 supply room. The investment of 52.1322 million yuan was completed, and the source of funds was: central government 300,000 yuan, municipal finance 16.29 million yuan, counties (districts), towns, and units self-financing 30,807,200 yuan, overseas Chinese donated 4,030.5 million yuan, and the completed construction area was 53,253 meters.
