目的通过云南省首起产毒型唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌引起椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种样食物中毒的实验室检验,探讨相应快速鉴定方法。方法鉴定参照GB/T4789.29-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种检验》,同时参考《国家食品安全风险评估中心--椰毒应急试用方案》。结果在送检食品中分离到可疑菌经上VITEK2 COMPACT鉴定结果为唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌,进一步的毒性试验表明产生米酵菌酸,血清学试验恢复期血清同急性期血清相比,血清效价有4倍增长。结论从食物中毒现场论证了椰酵假单胞菌菌属于唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌的生物学地位,将为该菌的快速检验及随后国标的修订提供相应的依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the laboratory test of food poisoning induced by Burkholderia cotyledon Gladiolus yunnanensis, the first toxin producing strain of gladiolus in Yunnan Province, and to explore the corresponding rapid identification method. Method identification reference to GB / T4789.29-2003 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene Microbial cocoa yeast Canker subspecies test”, while referring to “National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center - coconut poison emergency trial program.” Results Susceptible bacteria were isolated from suspected foodstuffs. The result of identification by VITEK2 COMPACT was Burkholderia gladioli. Further toxicity tests showed that bacteriocin was produced. Compared with the serum of acute stage, Serum titer has 4 times increase. Conclusion From the scene of food poisoning, the biological status of C. Vaccae belonging to Burkholderia gladioli is demonstrated, which will provide a basis for the rapid test of this bacterium and the subsequent revision of national standard.
