基于变密度法(SIMP)建立了复杂载荷工况作用下天线舱这一特殊结构支承体系拓扑优化的有限元模型及多场载荷等效模型。根据建筑规范并考虑结构的可制造性对天线舱支承体系进行拓扑优化设计。多工况下的天线舱结构数值分析表明拓扑优化得到的天线舱结构满足设计性能指标,为多场载荷作用下的天线舱结构设计提供可借鉴的方法。
Based on the variable density method (SIMP), a finite element model and a multi-field load-equivalent model of topological optimization of the antenna structure with special structure under complex load conditions are established. According to the building code and taking into account the manufacturability of the structure, the topology optimization design of the antenna support system is carried out. The numerical analysis of the antenna module structure under multiple operating conditions shows that the structure of the antenna module obtained by topology optimization meets the design performance requirements and provides a reference method for antenna module structure design under multi-field loading.
