目的:探讨加味四君子汤(简称中药)对脾虚证消化吸收不良作用的机制。方法:将大鼠分组造模后,采用高灵敏度应变片传感器,记录大鼠离体十二指肠的机械活动,观察中药和 P 物质(SP)及其抗体对大鼠离体十二指肠活动的影响。结果:(1)脾虚大鼠离体十二指肠活动增强,其收缩活动的频率及幅度均高于正常大鼠(P<0.01,P<0.05)。经中药治疗后两项指标均得以较好的恢复。(2)SP 可使离体十二指肠收缩活动增强,但对脾虚证大鼠的这种作用弱于正常大鼠(P<0.01);而 SP 抗体对脾虚证大鼠离体十二指肠收缩活动的抑制作用强于正常大鼠(P<0.01)。结论:脾虚证大鼠离体十二指肠活动增强,加味四君子汤对活动的亢进有较好的调理作用。SP 可能在活动亢进中起了重要作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction (abbreviated as traditional Chinese medicine) on digestion and malabsorption of spleen deficiency syndrome. METHODS: After grouping the rats into groups, high-sensitivity strain gauge sensors were used to record the mechanical activities of isolated duodenum in rats and observe the effects of Chinese medicine and substance P (SP) and its antibodies on isolated duodenum of rats. The impact of the event. Results: (1) The activity of isolated duodenum was increased in spleen-deficient rats, and the frequency and amplitude of contraction activity were higher in normal rats than in normal rats (P<0.01, P<0.05). After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, both indicators recovered well. (2) SP can increase the contraction activity of isolated duodenum, but this effect on spleen deficiency syndrome rats is weaker than that of normal rats (P<0.01), while SP antibody on isolated spleen deficiency rats The inhibitory effect of intestinal contraction was stronger than that of normal rats (P<0.01). Conclusion: The activities of isolated duodenum in spleen-deficiency syndrome rats are enhanced. Modified Sijunzi Decoction has a good conditioning effect on hyperactivity. The SP may play an important role in the hyperactivity.
