目的通过对支气管—肺感染病人的菌种分布及药敏结果的分析,为临床寻找合适的治疗药物,为合理使用抗生素、提高疗效提供依据。方法取病人痰标本进行培养,获得致病菌及药敏试验结果。结果院内感染与院外感染病原菌分布不同;年龄大与年龄小也不同;绝大部分病原菌对喹诺酮类抗生素敏感。结论根据细菌培养和药敏试验结果有针对性地合理使用抗生素,才能提高支气管—肺感染病人的疗效,减少抗生素的滥用,有效控制耐药菌株的产生。
OBJECTIVE: To find suitable therapeutic drugs for clinical diagnosis of bronchopulmonary infection by analyzing the distribution of bacteria strains and susceptibility results, and to provide evidences for rational use of antibiotics and improvement of therapeutic effect. Methods Patient sputum specimens were cultured to obtain pathogenic bacteria and susceptibility test results. Results The distribution of nosocomial infections and nosocomial infections were different. Age and age were also different. Most pathogens were sensitive to quinolone antibiotics. Conclusion According to the result of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing, rational use of antibiotics in order to improve the curative effect of patients with bronchopulmonary infection, reduce the abuse of antibiotics and effectively control the production of resistant strains.
