采取湖南典型Cd污染的大田试验,研究“田师傅”系列土壤调理剂对水稻生长的影响及降低水稻吸收积累Cd的效果。结果表明,“田师傅”土壤调理剂、土壤调理菌剂及两者混施皆可促进水稻生长,提高水稻产量,并显著降低稻米Cd含量。北山点“田师傅”土壤调理剂、土壤调理菌剂及两者混施的稻米Cd含量分别比常规施肥下降37.63%(P<0.05)、32.59%(P<0.05)、27.95%(P<0.05);湘潭点则分别下降54.36%(P<0.05)、50.19%(P<0.05)、45.22%(P<0.05),皆达到食品安全国家标准,且“田师傅”系列调理剂的降Cd效果为土壤调理剂>土壤调理剂与土壤调理菌剂两者混施>土壤调理菌剂;与施用石灰降低水稻对Cd的吸收相比,施用“田师傅”系列土壤调理剂还抑制了稻草中的Cd向稻米中转运;“田师傅”土壤调理剂、土壤调理菌剂及两者混施皆可有效改良土壤酸性,提高土壤p H,并在一定程度上降低土壤有效态Cd含量。
A typical field experiment of Cd pollution in Hunan Province was conducted to study the effect of “Tian Shi Fu” series soil conditioner on the growth of rice and the effect of reducing Cd uptake by rice. The results showed that “Tian Master ” soil conditioner, soil conditioning agent and their combination could promote the growth of rice, increase the yield of rice and significantly reduce the content of Cd in rice. Compared with conventional fertilization, the content of Cd in Beishan site “Tianchafu ” soil conditioner, soil conditioning agent and the mixture of both were 37.63%, 32.59%, 27.95% (P < <0.05). Xiangtan spots decreased by 54.36% (P <0.05), 50.19% (P <0.05) and 45.22% (P <0.05), respectively, all reached the national food safety standards.
