中华医学会黑龙江分会首届激光医学学术会议于1984年4月17日至19日在哈尔滨市举行。会议由哈医大一院、哈市第一医院、省医院、哈医大二院联合筹备。 出席这次会议的正式代表40名,他们是来自全省各医疗单位的专职、兼职的激光医学工作者。其他省、市来宾12名。 大会收到论文40篇,其中有关眼科8篇,外科6篇,口腔科5篇,耳鼻喉科5篇,妇产科4篇,皮肤科3篇,针灸科3篇,内科2篇,其他4篇。
Heilongjiang Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the first laser medical academic conference April 17, 1984 to 19 held in Harbin.
