党的十一届三中全会以来,我国的乡镇企业异军突起,迅猛发展。可以说乡镇企业是各种所有制经济成分中发展最快、增长幅度最大、最有活力的一支新军。然而,乡镇企业在超常规、跳跃式高速发展的同时,其问题暴露得也愈来愈明显,如“家族化的现象”、“短期化行为”、“虚夸风”、“人才匮乏”等颇令人不安的趋向若不及时加以解决和克服,那么在社会主义市场经济建立和发展进程中,乡镇企业这支新军将会受挫。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the township and township enterprises in our country have sprung up and developed rapidly. It can be said that the township and township enterprises are the fastest-growing, most growth-oriented and most dynamic newcomers in all kinds of ownership economies. However, while the township and township enterprises are undergoing extraordinary development and rapid development, their problems have become more and more obvious, such as “family-based phenomenon,” “short-term behavior,” “hybridism,” and “deficient talent.” If the disturbing trend is not solved and overcome in time, then the new army of township enterprises will suffer setbacks in the process of establishing and developing the socialist market economy.
