本文从医疗管理角度对某医院213例死亡病历统计分析,结果表明:诊断符合率、病历书写优等率均较低。对其产生原因进行调查分析。提出应重视人的因素、强化质量意识、加强质控措施,严格执行规章制度,加强监督检查,建立质控网络结构及计算机管理病案等改进措施。
This article from the point of view of medical management, a statistical analysis of 213 cases of deaths in a hospital, the results show that: the diagnostic compliance rate, medical record writing and other advantages are lower. The cause of the investigation was analyzed. It is proposed that human factors should be emphasized, quality awareness should be strengthened, quality control measures should be strengthened, rules and regulations should be strictly enforced, supervision and inspection should be strengthened, and quality control network structure and computerized medical records should be improved.
