教学反思是指教师将自己的教育教学活动作为认知的对象,对教育教学行为和过程进行批判的、有意识的分析与再认识,从而实现自身专业发展的过程。教学反思是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素,教师的反思能力决定着其教育教学实践能力和在工作中开展研究的能力。孔子曰:“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。”失败的课需要反思,成功的课更需要进行反思,通过反思教学中的失败和成功之处,促使我们在教学中扬长避短,从而使教学更有效。一、教学反思的意义
