连铸的中心是将高温钢水凝固结晶,得到合格的钢坯。因此,冷却水系统是连铸机的核心,故有人将连铸机视为“水冷却机”。冷却效果的优劣直接影响着连铸坯的产量、质量和连铸机的寿命。连铸的冷却水系统一般分为:结晶器冷却、设备冷却和喷淋冷却三个部分。其中,结晶器和设备冷却系统为净循环水系统,多数采用密闭循环冷却方式;二次喷淋冷却为浊循环水系统,都采用敞开冷却方式。
The center of continuous casting is the solidification and crystallization of high-temperature molten steel to obtain a qualified billet. Therefore, the cooling water system is the core of the caster, so someone will be caster as a “water cooler.” The merits of the cooling effect directly affect the production of continuous casting billet, quality and caster life. Continuous casting cooling water system is generally divided into: mold cooling, cooling equipment and spray cooling three parts. Among them, the mold and equipment cooling system is a net circulating water system, most of the closed-loop cooling; secondary spray cooling turbid water circulation system, are used open cooling.
