多数土壤消毒剂对土壤微生物的杀灭作用没有选择性,土壤消毒不会杀死所有的土壤微生物,深层土壤中或者抗性形态的土壤微生物在土壤消毒中得以存活,微生物种群会在一定时间内恢复。木霉菌是一种土壤有益菌,相对于其他微生物对土壤消毒剂的忍耐性较强,易于在土壤消毒后存活,并在洁净土壤状态中快速繁殖,形成优势种群,抑制有害病菌的繁殖和致病。单一的土壤病原菌检测不能作为土壤病原菌引起作物致病的唯一依据。
Most soil disinfectants have no selective killing effect on soil microorganisms. Soil disinfection does not kill all soil microorganisms. Soil microorganisms in deep soil or resistant soil can survive in soil disinfection. Microbial populations will not be able to kill soil microbes for a certain period of time restore. Trichoderma is a soil-friendly bacterium that is more tolerant to soil disinfectants than other microbes and easy to survive after soil disinfection and to reproduce rapidly in clean soil conditions to form predominant populations that inhibit the propagation of harmful germs and cause disease. A single detection of soil-borne pathogens can not serve as the only basis for the pathogenicity of the crop caused by soil-borne pathogens.
