本文主要介绍常州市田家炳初级中学“三全”育人,即全员育人、全程育人、全面育人的教育理念,并将该理念与“共创成长路”课程有机结合,推动学校变革,促进学生全面发展,提升教育教学质量和办学品位,使学校完成了从同类学校的中游到同类学校的首位,又从同类学校的首位跨入常州市民交口称赞的热点学校行列的两次华丽转身,在常州教育界产生了深远影响。本文讲述了常州市田家炳初中人,三年来从德育工作的层面,让“共创”理念成为学校德育工作的核心理念,从课程开发到课程实施渗透“共创”理念,让“共创”理念根植田初中每位教师的内心深处,让“共创”课程成为常态。
