2007—2012年基本药物制度实施前后,潍坊市乡镇卫生院数量由177家减少至161家,总诊疗人次从6 949 574人次增加到11 139 645人次,总收入从693 815万元增长到1 562 928万元,2007—2009年乡镇卫生院的次均门诊费用变化不大,住院次均费用变化比较明显,总体上呈现增长的趋势。基本药物制度实施后,乡镇卫生院医疗服务量增加,收入结构发生变化,“以药养医”得到一定程度缓解。
Before and after the implementation of the basic medicine system in 2007-2012, the number of township hospitals in Weifang decreased from 177 to 161, with the total number of visits increased from 6,949,574 to 11,134,645. The total income increased from 6,931,815,000 yuan to 1,562 yuan 9280000 yuan, 2007-2009 township hospitals in the average outpatient service changes little change in the average cost of hospitalization more obvious overall trend of growth. After the implementation of the basic medicine system, the amount of medical services in township hospitals increased, and the income structure changed.
