制备两种布洛芬糖浆,一种是以羟丙基甲基纤维素为分散剂的混悬糖浆;另一种是含有低分子量(LM)明胶的干糖浆。研究了这两种布洛芬糖浆的溶出情况,于220nm用分光光度法测定。具体做了如下几方面的研究:(1)粒度对布洛芬溶出的影响:实验证实粒度明显影响布洛芬的溶出。在非水合条件下,由于小颗粒的药物具有较高的表面能,使颗粒间粘度加大,颗粒表面积减小,因此,粒度越小溶出越慢;而水合条件下,颗粒粘度减小,表面积增大,因此,粒度越小溶出越快。(2)两种布洛芬糖浆的溶出试验:比较了不同粒度布
Two types of ibuprofen syrup are prepared, one is a suspension syrup with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a dispersant and the other is a dry syrup containing low molecular weight (LM) gelatin. The dissolution profiles of the two ibuprofen syrups were studied and determined spectrophotometrically at 220 nm.
