Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a potent immunomodulator. Reported in the literature IL-2 and cyclophosphamide or 5-fluorouracil combination of mice with experimental tumors have a significant therapeutic effect. The general pharmacological study of IL-2 has not been reported in the literature at home and abroad.
