修正式反思,就是教师在教学中遇到问题时,思考观察学生反应的结果,对行动作出修改和调整,从而提高教学效果的过程,具有情境性、生成性、监控性、即时性的特征。修正式反思教学可以培养老师的教学机智,可以促进有效教学,使课堂教学达到最佳效果。在课堂教学中,由于教学活动具有内容的丰富性、互动交流的广泛性以及学生思维的活跃性特点,因此必然伴随着许多即时、随机、意外教学事件的产生。教师的教学预设在课堂上遇见学生后便化作了生成,教师就需要及时对自己的教学流程做出重新安排和修正。本文以一节常态课《阅读评注的写作指导》为例子,主要谈针对教师自身教学失误处理的修正式反思教学的有效策略:冷静观察课堂情景,修正阅读方法;细心留意学困生,修正学习方式;密切关注课堂动态,修正教学内容;及时思考课堂进程,修正教学时间。
Amendment-style reflection is that teachers encounter problems in teaching, thinking of students to observe the results of the reaction to modify and adjust their actions to improve the teaching process, with the situation, generative, monitoring, real-time characteristics. Corrective reflexive teaching can train teachers’ teaching tactics, which can promote effective teaching and make classroom teaching achieve the best effect. In classroom teaching, due to the rich content of teaching activities, the extensiveness of interactive communication and the active characteristics of students’ thinking, many immediate, random and unexpected teaching events are bound to occur. Teachers’ teaching preconditions are generated in the classroom after encountering the students, and teachers need to make timely reorganizations and amendments to their teaching process. This article takes a normal course “Writing Commentary of reading commentary” as an example, and mainly talks about the effective strategies of the modified reflective teaching aimed at teachers’ teaching mistakes: calmly observing classroom situations and correcting reading methods; paying close attention to learning difficulties and correcting learning We should pay close attention to the dynamics of the classroom, correct the teaching content, reflect on the progress of the classroom in time, and correct the teaching time.
