全国冰情研究协调小组于一九八三年六月二日至八日在安徽省合肥市合肥工业大学召开《中国江河冰图》(暂名)初审会议。参加会议的有:黄委水文局,水电部东北勘测设计院,黑龙江、内蒙水文总站以及所属冰情研究实验站等冰情协调小组各成员单位的代表。合肥工业大学水利系,中科院兰州冰川冻土研究所和交通部一航局科研所的代表应邀到会指导。水电部水文局、水电总局也派员参加了会议。会议着重对近几年来各单位有关同志历尽艰险拍摄的一千九百多张冰情照片,根据“主题突出、准确,图片清晰、美观”的原则,对照水电部1962年颁发的《水文测验暂行规范》冰凌观测附录中的冰凌
The National Ice Research Coordination Group convened the first meeting of the “China’s Ice and Ice Figure” (tentative name) at Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, Anhui Province, from June 2 to August 8, 1983. Those attending the meeting included representatives from member units of Yellow River Hydrology Bureau, Ministry of Water and Electricity Northeast Survey and Design Institute, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia Hydrographic Station, and their ice-cold coordination research institutes. Hefei University of Technology Department of Water Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences Lanzhou Institute of Glaciology and Cryopreservation of the Ministry of Communications and a navigation Institute representatives invited to the meeting guidance. Hydropower Bureau of Ministry of Water Resources, Hydropower Bureau also sent staff to attend the meeting. The conference focused on the pictures of over 1,900 pieces of ice conditions taken by the relevant comrades in various units over the past few years.
