本文分析了影响汽温的各种因素,并以(SG50412型)锅炉为实例就其中主要的影响因素进行了定量的分析,文章在对“上锅”近期各型400吨/时锅炉的试验基础上,经分析研究后认为:再热蒸汽的吸热量计算值与实测值基本相符。近来大量出现的主蒸汽温度偏低的主要原因,是原设计应用的炉膛计算方法与实际不符。文章研究了与该型锅炉实际相符的炉膛传热计算方法,另外对前屏、后屏、对流过热器的传热计算方法、热偏差计算方法及其它计算方法也进行了广泛的研究。
This paper analyzes the various factors that affect the temperature of the steam and makes a quantitative analysis of the main influencing factors by taking the boiler (SG50412) as an example. Based on the experimental basis , After analysis and research that: reheat steam endothermic calculated value and the measured value basically consistent. Recently, the main reason for the low main steam temperature that appears in large quantities is that the calculation method of the hearth used in the original design does not match the actual situation. In this paper, the calculation method of furnace heat transfer in line with the actual boiler is studied. In addition, heat transfer calculation method, thermal deviation calculation method and other calculation methods of front screen, rear screen and convection superheater are also studied extensively.
