分析了磨面渐开线超大变位齿轮齿形加工中常出现的问题，提出了能否使用标准齿轮滚刀的判别方法，并介绍了超大变位齿轮滚刀的设计方法。
The problems that often appear in the tooth profile machining of large involute gear grinding face are analyzed. The judgment method of using the standard gear hob is put forward and the design method of the gear hob with large displacement gear is introduced.
