链条式抽油机是一种适合现阶段石油开采环境的抽油机,通过三维建模和运动仿真方法可以降低其设计成本,缩短设计周期。针对抽油机运动规律较为简单这一特点,采用3Dsmax软件的自动关键帧技术进行运动仿真设计,操作过程简单,仿真结果直观的反应了其工作过程,特别是内部运动原理运行效果,为其生产和应用提供了较为重要的参考价值。

Through 3D modeling and motion simulation methods, the design cost can be reduced and the design cycle can be shortened. In view of the simple movement rule of pumping unit, this paper uses the 3D key technology of automatic key frame to design the motion simulation. The operation process is simple. The simulation results intuitively reflect the working process, especially the operation principle of internal motion principle, And application provides a more important reference value.
