女士们、先生们、同志们、朋友们: 由国家税务局主办的1991年国际税收研讨会今天在我们深圳隆重举行,借此机会,我代表深圳市税务局,向国家局的领导和远道而来的国内外各位税务专家、学者,表示热烈的欢迎,并预祝会议取得圆满成功。这次国际税收研讨会是在我国新的《外商投资企业和外国企业所得税法》颁布后不久召开的,因此,对于推动我国贯彻执行新税法,维护税法的严肃性和统一性,使我国的涉外税收工作更加符合国际惯例,将产生深远的影响。
Ladies and Gentlemen, Comrades and Friends, The International Tax Seminar for 1991, hosted by the State Revenue Agency, was held today in Shenzhen, China. Taking this opportunity, on behalf of the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau, We warmly welcome all the tax experts and scholars both at home and abroad and wish the conference a complete success. The International Symposium on Taxation Symposium was held shortly after the promulgation of the new Income Tax Law for Foreign-Funded Enterprises and Foreign Enterprises in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote China’s implementation of the new tax law and the seriousness and unity of the tax law, Tax work more in line with international practice, will have a profound impact.
