伴随着经济的高速发展,技工教育与其他教育一样,已经成为我国人才培育体系中一个十分重要的环节,经济迅速发展的今天,专业技术型人才成为各行各业急需的人才,近年来技工教育为社会培养了大批的专业人才,为社会的发展以及经济建设做出了重大贡献。本文主要通过调查研究对现在技工教育的现状进行调查研究,发现许多技工院校存在着很多发展窘境,如师资力量薄弱、软硬件设施较差、人才质量与市场需要不相适应、就业率不断下降、生源短缺少、技工学习的基础较差等,这些原因在某些方面影响了技工教育水平不断提高.本文从技工教育的现状入手,认真思考对策,希望能为技工教育现状的改善有一定帮助。

With the rapid economic development, the professional and technical personnel have become the much needed talents in all walks of life. In recent years, The community has trained a large number of professionals and made significant contributions to the social development and economic construction. This paper mainly investigates and studies the current status of mechanic education through investigation and research and finds that many technical colleges and universities have a lot of development dilemmas such as weak faculty, poor hardware and software facilities, incompatibility of talent quality with market needs and declining employment rate , Lack of students, less skilled mechanics, etc., these factors in some aspects affect the continuous improvement of the level of mechanics education.This article starts with the status quo of mechanics education, seriously consider the countermeasures, hoping to improve the status quo for the mechanics of education to some extent .
