在当前市场经济不断发展的情况下,越来越多的医院为了更好的实现自身的发展,在其内部管理方面开始实现绩效管理,并且也取得了一定的成绩,因为通过绩效管理能够更好的实现对医院的医疗水平、发展以及医疗的质量实现标准化。但是因为这一管理方式在医院的发展中应用时间相对比较短,所以在医院的绩效管理中不免存在一个问题,要想更好的推动医院实现进一步的发展,促进其医疗质量以及水平的提高,其中的问题必须得到有效的解决。本文就针对这种管理方式在医院中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出应对措施,以期为医院在管理方面提供参考。
