目的 :证实温胆降脂口服液对成年大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法 :运用药理生理学的方法 ,观察温胆降脂口服液对高血脂成年大鼠血清甘油三酯 (TG)与血清胆固醇 (TC)、腹腔脂肪含量、体重增长的影响 ,并与中药绞股兰总苷片和西药吉非贝齐进行比较。结果 :用药第 2 1天 ,实验组、中药对照组和西药对照组TG、TC均有不同程度的降低 ,实验组降脂效果明显优于中、西药对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各组间腹腔脂肪含量、体重减少量差异显著。结论 :该药能明显降低高脂大鼠的TG、TC含量 ,减少腹腔脂肪积累 ,控制大鼠体重增长 ,疗效优于对照组
Objective: To verify the effect of Wendan Jiangzhi Oral Liquid on the regulation of blood lipids in adult rats. METHODS: Using pharmacological physiology, the effects of Wendan Jiangzhi Oral Liquid on serum triglyceride (TG) and serum cholesterol (TC), abdominal fat content, and body weight gain of hyperlipidemia adult rats were observed. The total glycosides were compared with the western drug gemfibrozil. Results: On the 21st day of treatment, the TG and TC in the experimental group, the traditional Chinese medicine control group, and the western medicine control group all decreased to varying degrees. The lipid-lowering effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the Chinese and western medicine control group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in abdominal fat content and weight loss between the groups. Conclusion: The drug can significantly reduce the content of TG and TC in high-fat rats, reduce abdominal fat accumulation, and control the weight gain of rats. The curative effect is better than that of the control group.
