8月24日获悉,Sun一名工程师表示,Niagara2处理器能够同时运行64个线程,两倍于前一代处理器,并将在2007年下半年被应用在服务器中。
Learned on August 24, an engineer at Sun Microsystems said that the Niagara2 processor can run 64 threads at the same time, twice the size of previous generation processors and will be used in servers in the second half of 2007.
