目前我国生产的轮式装载机噪声普遍较高,不仅污染环境,而且危害司机的身心健康。为此,部颁标准JB3774—84《工程机械噪声限值和测量方法》规定了功率35OkW以下的工程机械机器辐射噪声和司机位置处的噪声限值。该标准规定司机位置处的噪声不大于90dB(A),而ISO规定不大于85dB(A),欧共体规定为85～86dB(A)。我国和部分国外工程机械机器的辐射噪声限值比较见下表。由表知,我国工程机械噪声限值比先进国家高9～10dB(A)以上。
At present, the noise of wheel loaders produced in our country is generally high, not only pollute the environment, but also jeopardize the driver’s physical and mental health. To this end, the ministerial standard JB3774-84 “Construction Machinery Noise Limits and Methods of Measurement” provides the power of 35OkW below the construction machinery and equipment noise at the driver’s position noise limits. The standard provides no more than 90dB (A) of noise at the driver’s location, while the ISO specifies no more than 85dB (A) and the European Community specifies 85-86dB (A). China and some foreign construction machinery radiation noise limits compared to the table below. From the table, China’s construction machinery noise limit higher than the advanced 9 ~ 10dB (A) above.
