在现代火电厂中经济性指标越来越引起广泛的重视。本文以循环函数法原理为基础计算了几台300MW系列引进的国外汽轮机组及同容量的国产引进型机组在保证工况下的热力性能,并从主凝汽循环和辅助汽水循环两大方面对比分析了这几台机组经济性能差异的各种原因。以及提出了提高主凝汽循环效率是改善机组经济性能的关键因素。对如何提高汽轮机设计和制造水平及改善机组运行经济性等方面具有参考价值。
Economic indicators in modern thermal power plants are attracting more and more attention. Based on the principle of the circular function method, this paper calculates the thermal performance of several imported steam turbines imported from the 300MW series and imported domestic units of the same capacity under the guaranteed conditions, and compares the two aspects of the main condensing steam cycle with the auxiliary steam cycle Various reasons for the difference in economic performance of these units are analyzed. It is also pointed out that raising the efficiency of the main condensate cycle is the key factor to improve the unit economy performance. It has reference value on how to improve the design and manufacture level of steam turbine and improve the economy of unit operation.
