利用原核表达的对虾白斑综合征病毒(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV)结构蛋白VP28口服免疫克氏原螯虾,以酚氧化酶和溶菌酶指标来监测机体的免疫反应,并检测免疫后的螯虾血清对WSSV的中和能力.结果表明VP28能有效激起机体的免疫反应,酚氧化酶活性始终处于较低的水平,低于GST对照组和健康组,溶菌酶活性则高于GST对照组和健康组.中和实验表明免疫血清具有一定的中和活性,但其保护作用不是通过VP28进入体内与细胞受体结合,来阻止病毒进入,而可能是通过病毒蛋白进入虾体后刺激机体产生或分泌某种中和因子,从而阻止病毒进入细胞或进入细胞后阻止进一步传播.
