日前,笔者从全国建筑之乡——浙江省上虞市了解到:2004年上虞市建筑业实现年产值327亿元首次突破300亿元大关,增长36.8%。其中仅上海市场,上虞建筑人就创造了98亿元的业务新高,逼近百亿元大关,继续居浙江省进沪县市之首。新开辟出9个亿元以上的区域性市场全年承接境外合同5800万美元,完成产值3100万美元。上虞建筑业的各项指标继续位居浙江全省各县市第一,上虞建筑业再次领跑全国县市建筑业已是不争的事实。对此,中共上虞市委书记任其良一语破的:时代的机遇加上企业家的努力,龙头的带动加上团队的联动,企业的实力加上政府的扶持.这就是上虞建筑业长盛不衰的活力之源。
