众所周知,我国极限集邮起步较晚,其优势不能与法国、意大利等极限大国相比。长期以来,有许多集邮者认为中国极限集邮发展空间不大,其想法主要是针对珍罕性问题。诚然,从时间上来看,我国极限集邮蓬勃发展仅20余年时间,但从世界各国极限发展来看,也是极不平衡的,法国极限集邮协会成立于1945年,而有意识的极限集邮却是在二三十年代,其他国家则更是发展不平衡。所以,针对这种状况.笔者认为:
