为探究松软煤层瓦斯突出规律,基于正交试验以腐殖酸钠溶液为胶结剂、不同粒径煤粉为骨料,配制不同配比的相似材料,采用极差分析、数据拟合等方法研究腐殖酸钠溶液质量分数、成型水分等对相似材料的力学特性及吸附解析等特性的影响。结果表明:腐殖酸钠溶液质量分数对相似材料力学特性起主要控制作用。成型水分和腐殖酸钠溶液质量分数均显著影响相似材料瓦斯吸附解析等特性,累计解吸量和瓦斯吸附量随着腐殖酸钠溶液质量分数的增加;累计解吸量随水分含量的增加而减小,瓦斯吸附量随平衡压力增大而增大。材料渗透率随着腐殖酸钠溶液质量分数呈负指数函数变化。
In order to explore the law of gas outburst in soft coal seam, based on the orthogonal test, sodium humate solution was used as binder and pulverized coal with different particle size was used as aggregate to prepare similar materials in different proportions.
