2014年,河北省承德市跻身全国14个整市培育新型职业农民示范市之一,承德市及八所县农广校成为新型职业农民培育的主体,共承担新型职业农民培训任务4420人,围绕承德市设施农业、畜牧业、林果业、中草药、休闲观光五大主导重点产业,从提高农民综合素质和从业技能入手,着力解决“谁来种地,如何种好地”及现代农业发展后继乏人难题。
In 2014, Chengde City, Hebei Province, among 14 cities in the country, fostered a model city for new types of professional farmers. Chengde City and Bachu County Agricultural Broadcasting Corporation became the main body of a new type of professional farmer training. They undertook a total of 4,420 new professional farmers training tasks. Chengde City, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and fruit industry, Chinese herbal medicine, leisure and sightseeing five major leading industries, from improving the overall quality of farmers and practitioners skills, efforts to solve the “Who to grow, how to kind” and the development of modern agriculture afterward People problem.
