辽中县老大房、大黑岗子两乡,从1985年开始推广麦葱复种,面积逐年扩大,1989年已经发展到3000多亩。上茬小麦亩产300公斤以上,下茬大葱亩产3000公斤以上,上下两茬合计亩产值可达1300多元。这种栽培形式深受当地农民欢迎。
