近代产科问世以来,许多产科医生为要了解胎儿在子宫内的情况而做了不懈的努力,但多限于生理学方面的分析,关于其发育、成熟的诊断也多采用超声显像的形态分析,且未必准确。故人们要求能有与成人血、尿、脑脊液等的生化检查相媲美的检查方法,从中获得胎儿情报。羊水可提供无限的胎儿信息,本文将对羊水分析的现状及未来的展望加以探讨。
Since the advent of modern obstetrics, many obstetricians have made unremitting efforts to understand the situation of the fetus in the uterus.
